Tyre Review is a new concept, created by a bunch of car nuts who want to know what you think about your tyres.
A few years ago, we saw a problem. The problem was that there was no centralised place for tyre reviews in Australia. They could be found on Facebook, forums, Instagram, toilet walls (true!), down at the pub, and all sorts of other places we can't mention for legal reasons, BUT no single spot where you could sort through the reviews based on the car you drive.
So we decided to fix that. We got Australia's best database of vehicles and tyres, and mated it to this spiffy new website.
This means you are be able to:
- Filter reviews based on the exact car you drive
- Filter reviews based on the tread pattern you're interested in
- Compare reviews based on driving styles
Plus a whole bunch more.
Right now we're trying to get as many reviews as we can, and we're gradually opening up public access to the reviews on tread patterns as soon as they have enough to be statistically relevant. You can see a whole bunch online already!
The team
The power behind the throne is a bunch of car nuts, who drive everything from a Corolla 4x4 (that's a full size 4x4, right?!) to a Subaru WRX STI, to a Ford Ranger and even a couple of Toyota Landcruisers. The one thing that holds us all together is that we have a love of cars and what they can do for us.
Luckily there's a few amongst us who have some web development nous (otherwise this idea would still be stuck at the pub), so we've been able to put this website together over a period of 12 months in amongst everything else.

What you're seeing right now is just the beginning. In addition to consumer generated reviews, we'll also be offering editorial reviews, video content, how to information and a whole lot more. We're so excited we can hardly contain ourselves!
