I looked at all the reviews on the net and they all seemed to indicate that the quality was comparable with the big names.  The seller had a buy 3 and get the 4th free deal so that was clincher.

Those tyres are doing great at roughly everything - BUT - are an absolute catastrophe in the rain or wet surface. There is no grip whatsoever, this is actually shocking. I find myslef sliding straight in slow corners and roundabouts at speeds well well below what my previous set of tyres would breeze through without a worry. My wife who is usually completely uninterested in those matters brought it to me wandering what was the deal with the car in the wet lately. Yes they are affordable but this does not warrant this level of quality. Whoever value their safety as well as their loved ones should steer clear of those tyres.

These tyres are amazing 6 years old now and still.4.5mm tread. Rotations every 5000ks Wheel Alignment every 10000 Nitro when new. 90,000 ks and still going strong. Kankook tyres I highly recommend 👌

Had Continentals on when we got the car. Put the Hankooks on when they wore out and it was like driving a new car. Road noise is so much better than before. Fuel efficiency is better, comfort is better. literally transformed the car. Looks like they’re going to get good K’s too.

Good in the dry, very ordinary in the wet. Its ok at 100km/h. Great value for money and after 2yrs and still around 60% tread. If your looking for an all round tire with plenty of wear then this is a good deal. Nothing special in any department but good price and life.

Original equipment on my Sportage. Seem good in most circumstances. Have not had other tyres on this vehicle to compare. Long mileage (75000km and still going), but becoming noisy and harsh as they age. I think their peak was about 40000km. They have been used on highway driving regularly and around town. On gravel roads they are only average. Not really an off-roader tyre. They are safe in most situations you would encounter on-road. Braking distances seem good, dry and wet, and I haven't noticed a significant degradation in this as they age or lose tread depth. They are worth the investment if you are looking for a mid range tyre with good mileage and manners. I would recommend them to family and friends if they are looking at value for money and safety and not performance. I have had various tyres on cars that I have owned over the years including Pirelli P7, Continental Maxcontact, Bridgestone Turanza, Dunlop, Goodyear, Yokohama A001 and now Hankook. I would rate the Hankooks as number 3 after the Continentals and Yokohamas for handling and safety and number 1 for wear. These other tyres were on other cars and so true comparison is difficult but I feel the Hankooks are in the mix.

The Hankooks were the standard fitment for our Kia. The 19" wheel do give a harsher ride than we expect but not a great concern and can't blame the tyres for this. Otherwise great wear with 60K on the first set. Will stick with them to match the full sized spare on this car. Noticed some under-steer in the wet but keeping off the throttle will solve this. All alternative have the same tread pattern. Cost OK. Very good value.

We have mainly done highway work, sometimes towing a fully loaded tandem trailer, also some gravel road. Very happy, especially with 90000k in 2 1/2 years.

These tyres are original equipment and have given good service since the car was purchased. I am doing about 17000km per year and have found the tyres to be dependable in all weather conditions I have experiences and to give good tread wear. I do a lot of highway touring and some city work with the very occasional dirt road driving. The tyres are good at highway speed but around town due to their low profile give a harder ride than I have been used to with other tyres in the past. They are good for the SUV I drive except for the town driving part. I will consider them for replacement when due (probably around 80000km) but at this time would look for softer sidewall tyres with the same highway performance and a bit better town comfort. I do expect that the replacements may not wear as well though being softer in the side wall. I would recommend these to anyone looking for good highway tyres and value for money for an SUV.
